Orders are shipped within 14-21 days (in case the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days)
We have 3 shipping options:
– Free delivery – (the period depends on the shipping companies – often from 7-10 busuness days)
– Express delivery abroad – (1 to 5 business days) – $25
– Local home delivery service to cities and towns in the central region – (up to 3 days) – 13 dollars
Returns:
you were not satisfied from the item you purchased from us for any reason?
please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product
You can refund or exchange the product for another product within 14 days of receiving the product!
All you have to do is unwrap the product and leave it in its original packaging.
We will send a courier to your home to return the product for an additional fee.
Upon receipt of the product – you can choose, whether to get your full money back or to get a new product.
Please note that due to the fact that our jewelry is handcrafted, refunds are incomplete, and 12% of the full price of the product is deducted upon return.
